"Absolutely dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed at. Horrible."

The staff was the ONLY good thing.

After checking in, we noticed the bed had not been done. The bathroom light was not working at all so it was dark. Possibly to hide the fact that there was blood and it was incredibly filthy wee all over the bathroom. The toilet seat was also broken and the sink and overall area was incredibly dirty. It makes me believe this room was not checked at all before having us stay there. We did not stay at this place. We checked out and asked for a refund which the staff was kind to facilitate. Overall, horrible experience since we had to look for a new place at 11pm.

"The hotel overbooks there rooms."

The room that we reserved was not available. Had to find a last minute Place to stay. They tried blaming the booking company. They refuse to give the refund. When the room was already paid for ahead of time. The room was reserved two weeks prior.

"Very relaxing and a nice getaway"

The location is great,easy access to interstate, whether you're going to Greenville or Spartanburg or beyond and there's plenty restaurants nearby.we didn't eat breakfast because we were leaving for church.

I have no complaints,we always get that room whenever we stay.we enjoy,we like the Jacuzzi tub
