They cancel my room before I got there I was going to Pay at property was very upset

Friendly staff. We arrived late at night and they called to check on us, which I thought was nice.

My wife woke up to ants all over our bed and on her. The staff apologized but seemed a but disinterested in the problem.

arrived at hotel almost midnight when the temperature outside was almost 90 Deg. The room had to have been hotter but the AC was not on. It took nearly 30 mins for the sheets on top of the bed to feel cool (not a good feeling after driving 5hs). No breakfast...I think hotels should start to give a discount when they don't have publicized amenities. Older Hotel but updated decor and clean.

Check in was ok. The person was not overly friendly, but not rude. They told me what I needed to know. The room was much better than the reviews that I read. I had some trepidation about staying there for two nights. However, the room appeared to have been renovated. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, it was quiet and I slept well. The price was very reasonable as well. I would stay there again.

There was a gap in the front door that you could see light front the outside. I feel this is a safety issue. I just did not feel comfortable there.

There was construction going on and you could not sleep late because at 9 am they started, water cut off for hours and no discount was offered, or they should have told bookers this was going on

1 night stay was fair. Hair dryer or GFI didn’t work. Room was clean. Check-in was adequate.

The staff was Very friendly and was rather quick with the check in considering I used a clc card to checkin. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Newer TV as well as furniture. It was really nice for the price. The ambiance in the front check in room was really nice as well. It looks like they put in a great deal of effort into the hotel.
