Days Inn by Wyndham Lake City

The room was clean. Room service was poor. My waste paper basket was full. I notified the receptionist, but the trashcan was never emptied out during my stay.

The service from staff was beyond exceptional- very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and bathrooms awesomely clean. Breakfast bar had lots of variety including drinks. I will definitely stay here again.

This property could use a little care, there were 2 water spots in the room (over the bed and in corner of bathroom).

There are not a lot of choices in Lake City, and this one is an excellent choice. The manager, Mr. Patel was extremely helpful, a genuinely nice man willing to do everything he can to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished. The continental breakfast was plentiful and the waffles I loved. There is a nice pool which we didn’t use. We would definitely return.

Site offered pool and breakfast. Pool was closed for no apparent reason. Breakfast was a continental breakfast but access to lobby were offered was locked occasionally during morning hours.

Owners have great customer service. In the modern era that's hard to find

Check in was easy and pleasant. I was in town for Artfields and the hotel was near capacity. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
