Days Inn by Wyndham Lake City

The staff was friendly. The rooms could be upgraded, and there were far too many bugs. We had one towel with a brown substance on it that we weren't sure what was. The vents should be cleaned. Everything is out of date, and the air conditioner occasionally fails. The rooms were very humid. The rooms require a thorough cleaning.

I FELT REALLY COMFORTABLE

Well the lady at the front desk was great, really down to Earth. We came to this hotel (and paid a little extra) as they had a pool. It had a closed sign when we arrived, but she assured us that we could use it, "just leave the closed sign up". But a couple of hours later when we went to use the pool the gate was locked and we were told that the chemicals were off and we couldn't go in the pool. Doesn't look like there's any chance of a refund ... At breakfast there were apples and I believe a homemade batter for the waffle machine. Cheered me up a little !

Great hotel, stayed for art fields. It’s not the nicest but it gets the job done. Safe and clean

Room was clean and well decorated but warm and AC struggled. Check in staff unfriendly and condescending.

bed comfortable and accepted our pet, and it was clean

in room coffee maker didn't work, TV cable connection was bad but manager did replace it that morning,shower head dripped more than sprayed. The lighting much too bright of a white light. And because of these issues the room was overpriced

location was fine.

Room had a weird smell.

I had a great experience.
