The highlight of this property was definitely the location as it’s just a short stroll to an amazing beach. The room was comfortable and clean and I enjoyed my time in the spa. I got a massage off Mayumi and she was extremely knowledgeable and my massage was amazing. The spa area is also lovely, however, I would have liked if there was tea making facilities in the relaxation room after my massage.

While some staff were helpful, for example staff in spa and bar were both good, others fell short. On the evening of our stay we ordered a pizza from a local pizza restaurant. The pizza was delivered to reception for us, however, staff never informed us. We rang reception and they told us that the pizza had been there 30 mins so by the time we got the pizza it was stone cold. We asked reception why they couldn’t have let us know and the man at reception said he rang our room phone but no answer, however, we never received a phone call? Also, they would have had my mobile number on file so I’m not sure why no one could have rang this or dropped it to our room. He also did not seem apologetic. I also felt the breakfast staff were not very friendly, most seemed like they were unhappy in their roles.
