Lovely hotel. Amazing location but beach access is not direct. Great breakfast and service.

Location superb. Nice seating areas throughout hotel, good sized bedroom. Good breakfast.

I literally only booked this hotel for the stairmaster that was listed on the website (im on a training plan for a half marathon and had this scheduled as part of my training plan). I did notify staff when i checked out that the website needed to be corrected and in fairness, they seem to now have corrected it now

Location was great right on the Beach. Access to the Golf course was good as well.

The service and staff were hopeless, never answering the phone, providing really poor serivce. The rooms were dirty and not well cleaned, one room had the stale smell of smoke. The staff did nothing useful to address this problem. The food for breakfast was poor, well below standard for a Hotel of that sopposed quality. Staff did not appear interested in any issues or problems raised, they had no idea of the surroundings and could not give any advice on local restaurants, travel tips etc! It was really disappointing, a great old Hotel in a spectacular location let down by shoddy service and staff that did not care at all!

The Location was perfect and the room was perfect with a beautiful view. There was a good variety for breakfast. Car parking was secure and safe and I really enjoyed my short stay I do plan to return.

There was nothing I didn't like

We stayed in a a suite and. Had a balcony that was shared and 6 men. We’re drinking on the balcony. The restaurant was closed and we had dinner in the Jameson Bar worst Meal Ever the tables are dirty and a the chairs where filthy my wife ordered the soup and it came stale bread.and asked for the chicken burger and needed to use a stake knife to cut it the place is ran my kids. Who don’t have any experience In the room You get a robe no slippers didn’t even have pen in the room to fill in the breakfast card
