Disgraceful that the wheelchair and disability access is out of order but and has been for a long time. Very humiliating to have to ask for assistance to bring luggage up the two sets of Stella. I’m a 76 year old lady with severe osteoarthritis

beautiful hotel which is walking distance to Malahide and just off the beach amazing breakfast we just had a short stay because of airport pick up which is only 20/30 mins drive away so would defo recommend

The location is fantastic, being near Dublin airport and city, many other places of interest and sitting right on the magnificent Portmarnock beach. It’s easy to find and parking is very easy, We had a lovely time and might well return but had some reservations: 1) the whole place feels a bit jaded, leaving a strong feeling that the owner is over-prioritising financial returns over customer experience; 2) a lot of the young staff felt untutored and poorly unmotivated. This contributed to an overall atmosphere lacking warmth. It felt as if the staff lacked the guidance and leadership of a senior hotel manager. All the staff we saw were fairly young. 3) The food was not great, These things are all fixable but they should be fixed to make the hotel feel like good value and a please we’d be keen to return to.

We had an amazing and very relaxing stay, staff were fantastic with the kids. Bar food and breakfast was great, good variety on offer.
