"Scammed for a 100 dollars"

The pool was good and the breakfast Was good

The elevator had a wired smell to them I never got my 100 dollars deposit back that I to give them when we checked in they said that it would hit my bank in 6 to 7 days it never hit my bank account I called the 8th day to see what’s up and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it call customer support did that and they couldn’t do nothing about it so they just straight up took my 100 dollars for no reason my room was cleaned before we left so I know it’s not that I’m just very disappointed and will never come back
