The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is fantastic.

One desk clerk refused to believe me when I said the young woman was new and she made a mistake. The clerk said ‘she didn’t make a mistake.’ Except, when I next saw the girl the first thing she said to ‘I’m so sorry. I messed up.’ So, yes. I didn’t make a mistake.

AWFUL!!! THE LOCATION WAS HARD TO FIND ON GPS THE SIGN WAS BURNED OUT -IN THE DARK. FIRE TRUCK WAS LEAVING AND THE FIRE HAD DISABLED THE ELEVATOR. 100% DISABLED VETERAN W LUGGAGE ARRIVING & no 1st floor rooms. We could not stay. THEY could not refund our money because we used booking.com. We are upset to say the least. WE HAD TO DRIVE HOME TIRED IN THE RAIN W DEER on The sides of the road making it more dangerous. We had to leave our travel companions there because they got the last 1st floor room. They said no sleep because back door slammed all night from smokers going in and out. WE GOT THERE AT 10PM ARRIVING FROM Sedona Arizona. GOT HOME to North Myrtle beach at 2:30am.

The location was the only thing I liked about this hotel.

First the hallway was disgustingly dirty. When I got in the room, the bathrooms were not clean. And the blankets were not changed. There was trash and the trash can and there was a yogurt in the fridge. There was a used soap in the shower and the side of the toilet was with old urine. This tells me that they just picked up the bed and kept moving.They did not clean the room. This was my first time staying here and definitely my last.
