some of the staff were pleasant and welcoming good breakfast

Rude staff a non functional bathroom fan 1 working elevator so a minimum of 10 minute wait may or may not have luggage carts as staff was to lazy to get one when asked a parking lot that is in fenced hotel area signed NO parking tow away zone...no reference that for hotel guests so parking was an issue when hotel is maxed out the area is rough

No one told me before hand that this property would not except pre paid debit cards,I have stayed here several times and never had an issue using my card.Had to drive back home 2 hrs drive because I had no accommodations.
