I am looking forward to staying again, next time I visit Syracuse. Also looking for Homewood Suites in the West Point, NY area. My son, granddaughter and I were really comfortable on our one night stay. I want to know where to buy the pillows you have!

"Friendly folks marred by poor quality rooms and facilities."

Staff were really nice and the folks in the kitchen would go back and get things that my wife could eat (she has allergies).

Run down and shabby, ugly decor from the 70s. Also very poor accessibility, uneven entry ways, doors that are difficult to operate
