great experience, check in was smooth and well explained, room was clean and pretty well maintained. The breakfast was great and the service was super friendly and pleasant. Food stock was well maintained. We look forward to returning to this hotel again.

I don't have anything to complain about. Prices were in line with competition, perhaps even lower than those around.

I want to start off by saying I loved this hotel for the beautiful property and employees. The grounds are well maintained, the pool was clean and the service was great!! Our rooms AC didnโ€™t work when we first arrived so we assumed it just needed to be turned down more. After turning it down and leaving for a few hours, we arrived with no change to the temperature in the room. I went to the office and asked for assistance and they were very accommodating and came right away! (It was also 8-830 at night mind you) On the flip side, we noticed the carpet needed to be shampooed. The carpet was sticky to walk on and made our feet black. This wasnโ€™t a HUGE deal for us but definitely something that should to be brought up. Maybe it was just our room, Iโ€™m not sure. This was just our experience here.

The staff was friendly, the location useful, and the room layout practical.

The room was definitely dated and in need of a makeover. The rooms are separated from the main building, requiring you to walk outside to get to breakfast. That is fine in summer, but I grew up in Syracuse winters.

This place is great! Weโ€™ve stayed her many times and itโ€™s always good! All the staff is very pleasant and if you need anything for your room like towels etc, just ask and youโ€™ll receive. I like the size of the rooms, having a kitchen area with a full refrigerator and a king size comfortable bed. Love the pool too! The only thing they should have though are umbrellas at the tables in the pool area. It was very hot and muggy( which I donโ€™t mind) when we were just there, but it wouldโ€™ve been nice to have an umbrella for some shade! Otherwise everything was great!

The suites were very roomy. Breakfast buffet had something for everyone. Dennise went above and beyond to help me get breakfast for my 3 young grandchildren.

The carpets were dirty and feet were black if you didnโ€™t wear shoes
