I booked this hotel a couple months ago I reserved a two bedroom suite for four people for the weekend.. When we arrived on Friday, April 25, we were told that they had two separate bedrooms for us because whoever was staying in our room they got an extended stay from the hotel And they didnโ€™t have any more two bedroom suites I was not happy after traveling and not being notified about this arrangement we didnโ€™t want two separate bedrooms. The manager offered to come one night for us, but we still needed a two bedroom suite we did not want separate rooms. I was not happy. She called a different hotel and found a two bedroom suite for us and after she knew how much we were not happy the hotel paid for both of our nights, which should be expected after taking our reservation and then not contacting me about someone else having our room and only offering us to other separate rooms. We then went to Staybridge Hotel in Liverpool and I will give them a five star review as the manager was amazing and the staff was very friendly.. Breakfast There was also very good. So the only reason Iโ€™m giving homewood suites a two star is because they paid for our room for two nights, even though that should be expected anyway as this mistake was theirs. So just be careful when booking with them. You may want to call ahead of time to make sure you still have your room before traveling there.
