La reactivité du personnel face a la climatisation defaillante

La 1ere reponse que l'on nous a faite face a la climatisation en panne. Soit : que la raison du manque d'air climatisé etait du à des normes eurpeennes alors que nos amis de la chambre juste à côté avait une climatisation fonctionnelle.
