The room was very very dirty and had bedbugs. And they weren’t allow us to get another room and didn’t fully refund me my money either.

They charge an extra $50 hold for no reason at all. That hotel is not even up to par to ask guests to do that… They had no hot water, room smelled like mold, bathroom nasty, bed felt weird and clammy, door looked it it was kicked in, some outlets in the room didn’t work, loud guests outside your doo
