I wish they had complimentary breakfast but other than that our stay was great! Very clean and comfy.

The front desk agent was not helpful at all. I requested early check in and basically she was not helpful at all. There wasn't a single room ready until the standard 4pm check-in. That proves that they didn't even try to asses my request for an early check-in. Not even a little effort. I know that because I was emailed the room was ready at 4:03PM therefore they didn't even raise a finger. I was also charged for parking and was not told that there was a parking charge before arriving at the hotel. Just FYI, $20/ day for parking and they won't tell you until check-in. This info is not available prior.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and the staff were amazing. We will be staying here again when we visit for the 49ers game. Heads up, you have to pay for parking daily, which I think is unnecessary. $20 a day seems crazy when you're already paying for your room. Overall, great hotel.

I had a great experience at Hyatt Centric Santa Clara. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. Although the pillows were a bit stiff, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Accessible yet tucked away. Clean rooms, everything in its place.

this hotel was located by 2 places I needed to be at. it's really nice! the rooms are nice however sleeping on the sofa bed was horrific! very uncomfortable so needless to say I slept horribly. Aside from that everything else was perfect!
