"Lack Hyatt recognition"

The public space is very spacious with multiple seatings. It also has a bar and a small area for a small breakfast buffet. The standard rooms are all suites. What’s lacking? Is the customer service. There was no Hyatt status recognition at check-in. As globalist, I had to inquire about the complementary breakfast and late checkout on my own. Since I did not ask for an upgrade, I had a view of the parking lot.

Great local stay. Good location. We aware its self parking in an open lot and you have to pay $20/vehicle. Other than that its near the freeway so its easy to get to.

"Awful Customer Service "

We went up for a graduation and one thing that was unacceptable was that the above floor toilet leaked down into our bathroom at 0300 am in the morning to wake us up and when we notified maintenance they fixed it stating it was a leaking toilet! We went to check out and the staff never mentioned it until we brought it up and then stated , “ That happens with that room “ The staff didn’t apology or compensate us in any way and based on that customer service we will not return to this hotel.

"Good"

This is a nice place but there was a rave or something going on above us all night . We heard loud music and people screaming in a muffled way . Kinda secluded so we won’t stay there again. The place is very nice , staff was nice but not our vibe .
