Nice neighborhood, Heritage building, walkable to restaurants and close to train station. Looked like photos and description. The staff were extremely professional and efficient.

I have never not liked anything on any Booking rentals... until this stay, which is why my rating overall is 4. The temperature in the room (Dianne) was unbearable (over 25 degrees Celsius) despite the host offering a fan and turning the central heating system down. And the bed was horrible, mattress so soft we felt bent when laying down. We got no sleep at all :( Please change this mattress.

The location of the Windsor Guest House for the May BMO marathoners which starts at the Queen Elizabeth Park.

Having stayed on the first floor Victoria room on 4 Occasions, I prefer being on the first floor because the basement rooms are cold with no heating.
