matériel/mobilier très usé salle de bain/douche en très mauvais état petit réfrigérateur très bruyant a dû être débranché vraiment très cher pour la qualité et l'âge/entretien des installations

First room - dirty fridge, dirty inside microwave and white stuff out side of it and it was next to bathroom and this white stuff was also on bathroom door. The bathtub walls and tub had soap scum and someone else's hair on on it and then we found brown crusty stuff on my daughter's bed the next day on the side of it on the sheets (we did not have anything that would make this kind of mess). When reported they did send someone to clean the sheets and they also cleaned the fridge but nothing else. The next day my daughter found a flea on her. This is a pet-friendly hotel. I reported it to the front desk and that staff member was really nice and insisted we move to another room. We did end up in a suite for the same price, however this one also had dirty mirrors and a metal towel rack that kept falling off the wall. The people who worked the breakfast were really cheerful and the front desk were helpful and available when we had other questions. This hotel was a step up from another one I used on two other visits that unless they do a huge remodel, I never want to step foot in again... I don't know if there is a lack of training on how to clean hotel rooms between guests or there is not enough time, or what the issue is.

The hotel was as we expected - the standard chain hotel experience with everything done efficiently but nothing to make it stand out from all other similar places. Coffee in the lobby was appreciated.

The breakfast (which was included in the price) was very processed and was obviously done to a low budget.

Location was perfect. Staff were great! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent !

While the room wasn’t grossly dirty… it could have been better , especially for the price per night

Upon arrival we were greeted by an unhappy Front Desk Clerk, check in was quick and we were off to our room, the folder that held the key cards said breath easy were a smoke free hotel, just forgot to inform the last chaon smoker who occupied our room. The toilet was not secured to the floor, the bathroom was tiny and the sink looked like it had seen better days. The AC was off when we walked into the room, we turned it on and it never got cold enough to enjoy being in the room and every time the compressor kicked in the building shook and it squealed like a group of crickets lived inside it. We went back downstairs to take a look at the pool that was advertised on the website but the door was locked at 4pm, we inquired to our friendly front desk clerk as to why the door was locked and she informed us that it been closed since Covid....5 years and its still listed on the website as being one of the amenities of the hotel.....will not stay again

It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!
