The TUB DIDNT DRAIN, so you were standing in water from who knows when. EWW There was a lot of mold in the refrigerator freezer, the bottoms of all the doors appeared to have water damage, there were candy wrappers on the box spring at the head of the bed, which makes you think about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The "comfy" chair was in need of being comfy.. it was outdated and needed to be replaced. This was the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in, and it was worth $60, but because it was the ballon festival that weekend, we rented it for $350. I asked for a partial refund but received no response from the district manager. The front dest lady seemed indifferent when I told her of my complaints. When I arrived, the lady v holding towels on the elevator riding up, who appeared exhausted, explained that they were short staffed. I understood the problems that may have, but I didn't expect to see that this might have been an ongoing problem due to the mold, drainage, and wrappers.

Things didn't work like fridge. Plumbing was touchy and toilet ran non stop

Family and pet friendly, free breakfast, plenty of parking, convenient location. Quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very old and tired facilities andtorn curtains. Stained furniture, carpet, and sheets, damaged/peeling bathroom door and fixtures are old. Clearly being cleaned well by staff but the entire place needs overhaul. Scores 2 for facilities and ok overall.

very expensive for place with sink that didn't drain, water damage, mildew on bathroom ceiling. appreciated being allowed to do late checkout. breakfast was OK.

My room needed vacuumed, my yorkie found things indescribable, mold in the bathroom, overhead sink light too dim unable to see to apply makeup, had to do it in my car. Checking in the employee was not friendly. Not the Vermont hospitality I am accustomed to. A few simple fixes would do wonders.

The room we booked on Booking.com was not available when we arrived. Don't know if this was a Booking issue or hotel issue

We were only there 1 night. Everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable.

This hotel is generally located right near the highway and there’s plenty of other similarly priced lodging options of much better quality. The first room I was assigned was on the first floor, I opened the door and found a piece of wall molding on the floor. I tried to look past that, but then noticed the open window with broken/damaged screen. Suffice it to say, I didn’t feel safe and asked for another room. I was moved to a room on the 4th floor which was in better condition. The bathroom walls had peeling wall paper though, the carpet seemed run down, and there were noticeable hairs around the sink from someone shaving. The AC unit is in need of an upgrade and I suspect that the cleaning doesn’t use HEPA filtration. I bring up the HEPA filtration for those who are allergy sufferers because apparently they permit pets at this property - limit is 2 per room. Suffice it to say, I wouldn’t book this hotel again.
