"Excellent"

Upset with front desk clerk. Would not print a receipt for me because I booked through third party. Never had a problem before and I’m in hotels 3 nights every week. Still waiting for a receipt

"Great Location! Spacious Room!"

Location was convenient to where I was visiting; Allen County Memorial Center, Charlie’s and Granite City Restaurants. Room was well laid out and bed was very comfy. Renovations happening in hotel but did not interrupt stay.

"Check your room for bedbugs"

Location

I found bed bugs in my bed. They did accommodate me and moved my room. I did email the manager and got no response. I requested a discount they took 10 days to charge my card and failed to respond back.
