"Hyatt place- watch the bills."

Check the prices when staying here. On check out my bill was less then hotel.com charged my card( supposedly at a discount). We arrived about midnight due to an unseen tire problem. The clerk seemed annoyed, we were pleasant, and annoyed. The room was clean. The downstairs area around pool was a mess. The pool was not ready to use on memorial weekend- still garbage from winter in the pool. Trash was blowing around outside (no one p,picked it up) and garbage cans were full- even after memorial day. There was lots of early morning construction crews working. It was noisy throughout the day in our room. And Their breakfasts are the same - each day.... I believe they need more staff and more ambitious / trained staff. Overall the hotel is nice. Great parking. Great ambiance. It's near a great Mexican restaurant and zesto.

Very nice service, peaceful, and relaxing, spacious.

Only downfall was the pool wasn't usable. But other than that it was a great stay.

"We will stay in a different hotel next time."

The location was convenient. We have stayed there before and we liked it. It may be under a new name now.

Our room was not ready on time. Checkin time is 3pm. Our room was not ready until after 4pm. I needed to sleep. There was construction going on in the hotel which made sleep impossible. They moved us to a room on the fifth floor from the third floor. There was knocking and banging going on around us there too. My wife found a silverfish bug in the bathroom. We were never told about the renovations going on at the hotel prior to our arrival. The bathroom and sink in separate rooms is crazy. You can’t turn on a light to wash your hands without waking up your spouse. The bathroom door can barely open past the toilet seat. The bathroom is very crowded. It’s hard to get in and out of there. There is no microwave in the room. We were not offered any refund or compensation for the very poor experience during our stay.
