It was located close to everything we needed.

I made a reservation for a queen room with a sleeper sofa. What I got was a handicapped room with no s is fa at all. The facility did nothing to accommodate me and my 6'0 13 year old grandson that were in town for a basketball tournament. The customer service was awful. My grandson and I are in Rock Hill 2 or 3 times a year for basketball tournaments and we will never stay at this hotel again.
