Dirty is an understatement the bathroom had dead roaches everywhere the bathroom light was flickering had to switch room the next room wasn’t any better there was a nasty odor and the blanks were stained and the ac filters were filthy I would never stay there again. The hotel staff was rude and slow on requests

The lady at the front desk was very nice. There was a Waffle House, Dollar General and Dollar Tree within walking distance. The sheets and pillowcases were clean.

Even though it says on the website that there's a pool, there isn't, it has been filled in. The table in the room was broken. There were no towels or bath clothes in the bathroom. The next morning, we noticed some tiny little bugs crawling around. Looked like baby spiders. It seemed to be run down.

Property listed as free-breakfast, when in fact breakfast was discontinued in 2020 but that has never been updated on websites. The hotel isn't apologetic or helpful at all. There is no notice about this and we found out in the morning when we went to the breakfast area. However, there is a notice about the pool, which has been filled in. According to the notice, guests can show their key cards at a local community center a couple miles away to swim there, but we didn't test that. There should at least be a notice about breakfast as well, or mention of this fact when checking in. Aside from that, contact with staff was awkward. No staff in lobby and must contact by dialing 0 from there. I was instructed to leave the key card at the desk without handing it to anyone.

We were in town for a funeral. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were stained and had cigarette burns all over them. The staff was rude and unaccommodating

Everything. The beds were horrible. The sheets weren’t clean. The tv didn’t work. The staff was rude from beginning to end.

Nothing!!!

Its was dirty and feeling of being very unsafe with it being rented mostly as residential.

We didn’t stay after we checked in and saw the room. It was disgusting!

It wasn’t clean. We took pictures. Spiders all over door, behind door and curtain. Bedding had lots and cigarette burns in them. Mini fridge wasn’t clean. Furniture was worn out and beaten down.

No free breakfast and no pool like it said and the rooms was so gross upon arriviam they moved us to another room where there was bugs and we had to turn the ac which took hours to cool down. And hotels.com didnt help me so much for being a silver member

Disgusting property. Unfriendly staff, unclean rooms, no breakfast as advertised, and the management doesn’t even care

I was told I’d be given a discount for my last gross room and they STILL charged me $80 for this bull.
