Terrible place to stay, didn’t even give me the discount I was promised for the previously disgusting room, just charged me full price for another room that also sucked! This place does NOT care about their guests, don’t stay here.

I hated everything about this property and they should have validated my discount.

Terrible front desk service. Nobody at the lobby had to dial 0 to get somebody to check in, then a person came wit a grumpy/tired face.

This is the only place I stay when I come to visit my family in eufaula, Alabama and I’m never disappointed with the check in or the service I’m giving. The rooms are always clean FYI. I do check the beds and they are always clean. Also I like the upgrades with the restrooms. So far Happy 🙏🏾💞

What I’m not liking is the old coffee creamers, asking if you could please have up to date creamer for the coffee. I was not able to get my morning cup of coffee because the creamer was old. Thanks for understanding how important that coffee is to the customers.

Smelled of cigarettes, cigarette burns in the bed covered, Room was just very unpleasant!!!

There was hair in the drain in shower that we removed! Clerk not friendly. Surrounding area behind plexiglas - messy. Front entrance looked okay.

Very comfy spacious and clean!

No breakfast like advertised

It’s conveniently located and the staff is friendly.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no response to my call reporting it.
