Quality Inn & Suites Omaha Chalco

Ac in room was non-existent but the rest of the day was awesome!!

Room was quiet,comfortable, and clean. Friendly staff.

Property was very clean, and in a great area.

It was nice....but the sink was outside the bathroom, the air conditioning looked a little dated snd the bedspread top cover felt like it should have been hanging on a window.

Dirty, musty, pool area super small and the pool had low water level. Staff were great but this place needs a lot of work!

Like the continental breakfast had lots of different choice, but the room we stayed had a weird smell from the AC (probably it wasn’t running for a while)

This hotel was right off the highway so we could hear the highway throughout the night but other than that the staff was great and the rooms were clean. The pool is on the smaller side. The gym had a couple pieces of workout equipment but not much. It was close to a gas station and the restaurants near it were walkable.

Breakfast is serve in clean area, enough space for starving the guests. When we checked in, we got the room that freezer doesn’t work. So the reception staff came and checked on the issue and moved us to the other room. Then, we found our TV was not connected to the cable. The same old reception staff came and fixed the issue. She handled this situation well and was very helpful. The location is very close to I80. It is good location for stop during the travel.

Check in was fine (staff wise) other front desk staff indifferent. Not the worst, but certainly an old dated property.

They kept saying they couldn't help me or change me my payment mythod. I used a cc to hold to room and wanted to use a debit card to pay. They didn't like that I used Hotels.com
