Nice clean room, quiet, got a great nights sleep!

Everything was fine, the motel looked a bit tired, but seemed to be clean enough

Rooms had bed bugs. Hotel staff was in denial even when they saw them with their own eyes. Wouldn’t offer any refunds and said we made it up.

Hotel had bed bugs in multiple rooms, would not offer compensation. Police report was filed. Hotel would only offer 1 night compensation on 3 night stay. Absolutely did not recommend!

Our second story room had a hole in the ceiling where the smoke detector should be. The carpets had foand stains.

Property was overall outdated, in need of repair, and not handicap accessible. General areas were dirty and outdated. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

We booked a stay here for 6 nights and we asked on two different days for our room to be cleaned and garbages emptied. Two different managers said they would put it down for the next day and our room was never cleaned. The property is pretty run down on the exterior. The breakfast was ok.

Stayed for a quick rest mid 15 hr road trip based on "good" rating on Expedia. Out dated, elevator did not work (we were on 2nd floor and had items we could not leave in car) and expensive. Someone had brought or cooked food and the hallway our floor smelled really strong. Skipped breakfast, too crowded. Did it work for sleep and a shower yes. Would we stay here again? No.

If you are looking for refreshment during a trip, this is not it. Breakfast is sub par, quality of all parts was low and never stocked fully. Except Saturday, that oerson made it better. A/C unit was old and finicky. Bathroom was so small, it was hard to use. Room refresh had to be asked for and they forget to tell you that. Lighting was horrible.
