Very disappointed experience. The room was super dirty, smell , bad condition. Never be back again….not worth it

We just spent the night, but the seemed safe. Lots of eating options nearby. Check in was fast. Hotel was clean. Comfy beds and pleasant staff.

Bathroom was very small.

After long days and short nights, arriving at a hotel can either worsen or greatly enhance your day - in this case, I and my team were met with some the sincerest, kindest, and most responsive customer service we have experienced in our travels (and we travel all over the US). The hotel is nice, clean, and the AC worked GREAT. The customer service provided by a certain gentlemen (T.J.) though was exemplary and VERY much appreciated. Not to downplay the service of the rest of the team (Ed and the rest) which was also all great, T.J. definitely made it a priority to see our needs were met. In todays age, it is VERY nice, and unfortunately rare, to experience this approach to customer service. This is / was a GREAT place to stay. Thanx T.J. and the team.

There was a weird stain on the wall. Our TV wasnt working when we got there. We called down to the front desk and asked for help. The lady said she would come up to help but never did. My husband ending up figuring it out

Hotels pool was out of service our whole stay no WiFi/ internet and the fridge was broke

The pool and wifi were down

No elevator, so be sure to request a 1st floor room if you don’t want to have to lug your bags up the stairs. The room was fine, but the bed was hard. We were there 3 nights and nobody came in to take out the trash or refresh the towels.

It was amazing and the rooms were well cleaned.

The pool had balled up hair and our bathroom was dirty and there were stains on our bed.
