TV in my room didn’t work and the bed wasn’t the best, but ok for a place to crash for the night

No elevators. What hotel doesn’t have an elevator? Walls of the room was dirty, bathroom is small and dirty. Could hear neighbors very easily. Wouldn’t come to this hotel with your children

Charged a different amount when we arrived than when we booked on hotels.com, which had never happened before. Bed had pieces of a frame sticking out that were the perfect height to hit your shins on. Bathroom was extremely small and in desperate need of an update. Would pick somewhere else.

Property was showing age, caulking around tub gone, room was a dark color, toilet lid and seat needed replaced, floor carpet wasn't vacuumed. Breakfast was below average.

Everything was great, the shower is the only thing in need of updating. It was clea, but looked dirty just due to being old. Also, my son is 5 ft10 and the shower hit him in the neck. Lol Everything else was good.

I had booked a stay at Quality Inn and Suites in Omaha Nebraska. It as booked for April 11 & 12, 2025. When we checked in, the first room had no sink handle, dirty sheets, gummy bears on the floor, and a shower that had not been cleaned in maybe months. I went down to the front desk and asked for another room. Upon entering the second room, it was too late to switch hotels at that point. We had an early soccer game and I was not going to disrupt my son anymore. The second room, the sink handle flew off, the curtain was broken so we had to sleep with a light shining in our room all night, and the bathroom was the dirtiest bathroom. I think I’ve ever stayed in. I decided at that point to check out of the hotel and I had to pay for another hotel for the night of April 12, 2025. When I asked for a refund, they told me they would not refund my money because we had stayed one night. I think it’s ridiculous that they would not refund me for the second night. I am attaching pictures so you can see what we experienced. I hope no other guest had to experience what we did.

Good place for the night. Needs some remodeling but the beds were comfortable and the room clean.

Pillows and beds comfortable.Need more choices with breakfast. Biscuits and gravy would be nice.
