Comfort Inn New Holland Amish Country

The location was convenient to what we needed.

The rooms are very outdated, very dirty, the corners of the bathroom look disgusting. The bed was alright but the pillows were terrible! The sound of running back and forth above us until 2 am was not what we really wanted.

Room wasnt ready when we arrived at 7pm. TV in the room didnt work. No one was able to fix it.

The rooms were quiet and large, all the furniture needed was there.

We paid more than double for this place than what we paid for the night before in Harrisburg, very high-priced. Ironically, this place was not very clean, I later understood why: the cleaning crew started knocking on our door at 9 and they were done with all rooms by 10, very quick and sloppy cleaning. Considering the price of this place, they could do much, much better.

Nothing.

The bathroom in my room had mold. The room also smelled musty.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was ok.because of construction there was only one way to enter the hotel

Room could have been a little larger

My room never got cleaned during my 3 day visit. The hall way carpet was dirty. The carpet in my room was torn and there was some type of throw rug on the carpet that had a lot of stains. It just didn’t feel clean at the hotel. It was very dark

The 2nd room they gave us had a work bucket in and dirt under bed. Had to ask for another room

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was ok. We were close to restaurants, shops and sights.

Later noticed water on bathroom floor. Slippers were soaked. Appeared to be coming from base of toilet. Reported to desk, staff was kind, but nothing was done. Had to request extra towels to put on floor. No place to hang towels or clothes in bathroom. I understand things can happen, but did expect offer for different room. With better customer service, rating would be much higher.
