FIVE cockroaches on the floor when we woke up

Very close to the Disney resort

Nice room, friendly staff, stored luggage. All went well until the final checkout date when we found a giant cockroach in our room. That ruined the final day as we were concerned about roaches in our packed bags. I did notify the front desk and all I got was a we are sorry. It didn't seem to phase anyone. Won't be staying again. It is also a very long walk at the end of the night.

My room was exceptionally clean!

The overall property is just tired. The outside could use some fresh paint and pressure washing. Curbs and concrete are crumbling in places. And I realize it's the nature of the location, but the check in lobby is very small to begin with and then the front desk staff are completely separated by a wall of plexiglass, with only a tiny open space to talk thru and reach in to sign things. It's not a warm and welcoming experience at all. I've stayed at a few other nearby hotels and none of them are locked down like this.

ディズニーから近く、22：00過ぎても女1人でも歩いて帰ってこれた。近くに24時間営業のお店があり便利。 スタッフの方はとても親切でした。

シャワーが弱め コンセントが少ないので、長めの充電コードを持っていくと良い。 外の音が響くので気になる人は耳栓があるといいかも。

Close to Disneyland

Our room was extremely humid and smelled musky in a very strange way considering the weather was dry outside and half of the outlets didn’t work.
