We booked this hotel because it is in comfortable walking distance to the theme parks. Upon arrival we were greeted nicely by front desk staff and then we headed to our room. The room itself was very clean and spacious. I was actually pleasantly surprised with this stay. We will be returning!

Staff was nice. Close to Disneyland.

It smelled very strong of cleaning chemicals. Enough that we had to leave the door open for over and hour. Was not super clean. Booking.com made it impossible to shorten our stay- which was annoying. Usually you only need 24 hour notice. They wanted 4 days before we ever saw the place. So we paid an extra day we didn’t stay.

Clean and friendly staff

The bed was too hard and the pillows too firm. We had a hard time with the key cards and the walk was far from the reception area
