Comfort Suites Highlands Ranch Denver Tech Center Area

I was really looking forward to our stay here, the reviews made it sound perfect! It was anything but. When we arrived I immediately noticed how dirty our sheets were. We had to request a new set, clean set, and it took us three other tries until we finally got sheets with no stains, holes or dirt on them. We also had to go down to the front desk anytime we needed new towels or any other accommodations. I thought they would come in once a day or even once every two days to change out the trash. They didn’t. Before we left for the day I would bundle up our trash and have to throw it away at the entrance to the hotel. The last thing that we encountered were bugs in the bathroom. I’d be getting ready and my toddler pointed out a bug crawling across the floor. This happened more than once. Probably won’t stay at one of these “Comfort Inns” ever again.

Water in the bathroom sink ran constantly. Needed attention. Hair in the sink.

Nice stay, good breakfast, very friendly staff

Bathtub was a bit dirty. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

First room I got was extremely dirty and second room was much smaller than the first. I was itching my entire stay there
