Great location and clean room

The elevator was always dirty and my sheets were dirty.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting Denver. The common areas outside of the hotel rooms where quite dirty. The room was not the greatest but it does look like they have attempted some upgrades, just not well done. Mattress seemed old as there where definite impressions on each side with the middle being higher. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. We where slighly disappointed with the hotel as the area did seem nice.

It just generally has a dirty feeling about it now. It wasn't like that before.

It's good for a quick stay. It has the basics, and overall, it's a good choice. The hotel hasn't been updated, and it doesn't look as nice as advertised.

I usually stay in 3-star hotels when traveling to different cities, but this property is nowhere near 3-star quality — at best, it’s a 2-star. The room smelled bad, the sheets and towels were stained, the sink clogged, and the taps were broken. The front desk varied; some have an attitude while others were very helpful. They claim rooms are serviced every third day, but that never happened. It was also difficult to connect online sometimes. On the positive side, the fridge and microwave were in good shape. The breakfast was not bad. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience and I don’t recommend this hotel.

Comforter on the beds were stained, towels needed to be replaced and our toilet didn’t work our entire stay. Breakfast was ok. I asked for the toilet to be looked at the first day and our request fell through the cracks. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well so we were grateful for that.

Pretty decent hotel. Probably needs a little updating but the rooms were good size and I liked having a separate seating area. Would stay here again because of the price and comfort.

Our room had plumbing issues. The toilet was plugged up and wouldn’t flush.
