"This is a bare bones cheap place to stay."

Location and cleanliness was good.

Wifi not working. Despite having DirectTV with HBO and HBO 2, reception on the TV looked like 1970’s tube TV with over the air antenna-fuzzy.

"Not a good stay"

Our stay was so, so at best. Essentially, we had a bed & shower for comfort. The wifi was supposedly down, though that may hae Ve had more to do with non payment. The tv was nearly unwatchable with streaks on the screen from bad connection. Needless to say, we won't be staying there anytime soon.

"Needs to finish renovation"

The room was clean but the hotel is under renovation so there was no Wi-Fi & no breakfast. Don't know if breakfast was ever offered but the Wi-Fi was in the online ad as well as the Altoona guide book.

Didn’t know anything about the attraction Horseshoe Curve. We drove to attraction to find it closed on Tuesdays. No trespassing signs were posted. Disappointed
