"It was decent for the price we paid/location to the falls."

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

"Customer service was bad, Duty manager name was Junior. Face discrimination."

Need money back, as Breakfast was finished and Duty manager behaviour was really bad, i was there around 8:45am for breakfast and he said all finished, i fill it up twice you you wasn't, and we have around 100 of peoples today. I have done my Breakfast somewhere else.

Will not be staying here again. The carpet in the room was seriously filthy, corners in the room were dirty with cobwebs, bathroom surfaces were dirty to the touch, and the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

"Horrible"

Nothing, the worst stuff ever seen

Hi When we get at the hotel the receptionist couldn’t give us the access to the WIFI, then she told us that we have 2.0 min to leave the hotel otherwise she will call the cops. Within 30 min the cops showed up to our room and they told us to leave the hotel right away, we left the hotel. Why did the receptionist behave like that? Because we were black people ?? I do not have a right answer
