NOTHING!!!! STAY AWAY!

Horrible hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to even the homeless. From the moment we walked in we lasted 1/2hr before I forfeited that night and cancelled the 2nd night. Walking to the room the carpeted hallway was soaking wet, the smell was so bad, kids were playing soccer in the hallway banging the ball off doors, the room sheets had candy/chocolate all over the sheets (also pieces of food throughout the hallway floor getting to the room), the door to the room seemed to not close/latch good (could easily be kicked in), the room did not have a working toilet so the lady at front desk brought me a plunger to fix it myself??? The sink tap was leaking, still smelled so bad, Changed to a new room, no better. Went out to the car and booked another hotel (wouldn’t leave the property as I was scared someone would steal all our stuff), security guard was more worried being on his cell phone cursing/swearing and figuring out “who was in his bed” then looking out for the property, came back in grabbed our stuff and checked out. As checking out 2 men came down the hall blasting a boom box with very derogatory music not appropriate for the number of kids running around. The noise level was unreal. It felt more like a low income housing unit then a hotel. Receipt could not be provided when I was leaving because she couldn’t check me out till the next day (even though I was forfeiting the night which I don’t think I should of been charged for), it didn’t make sense. Took several messages/days through booking.com & emailing the hotel directly before the property would even respond. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!

Personal concern about shuttle to & from airport. Changed our room at our request .

Too many illegals in hallways, reception area, on curbs, etc. Very Loud! Made us feel uncomfortable, even though there was security (??) around.

The super dirty bathroom, it is a public hazard and I am reporting it to public health

It was clean close to airport stayed in the past havnt had any issues

Location was good. Right near all the shopping.

Dirty and smelled like weed. Very old and tired looking. Hard to find with GPS

Lots of mud/dirty smell due to old carpet. Not like other Quality Inn hotels, better to avoid. Reception desk people are supportive.
