Red Roof Inn Clearfield

The staff were very helpful and extremely polite. The area was a bit noisy for me (obviously a light sleeper). But overall a nice place. I will probably book here again ,when in the area.

check in staff was wonderful, very personal - quick and easy - carpet had not been vacuumed - it was gross - other than that the room was clean. hotel needs some major upgrades - broken windows in the back half of the hotel, litter on the property. but hey, the bed was comforable.

Room smells horrible, doors and mirrors dirty

I really dislike hotels that claim to be "pet friendly" but are pet owner abusive by charging $30 or more per night per pet plus an additional room cleaning charge as well. The Red Roof Inns are at least pet owner friendly. The rooms are clean and open. The hardwood vinyl floors are understandable for those with pets. Nice vanity area around the sink. Refrigerator worked well as did the A/C/Heating unit.

This is the worst hotel we ever booked. So TERRIBLE that we ran away from our room after staying there for 3 hours even though we have to pay for all extra costs. Never regret that decision. The room is dirty with a strong moldy smell, sink doesn't drain, sheet not clean... the list could go on. Sketchy people live in the hotel. Unleashed dogs running around the hotel all the time. WIFI does NOT work in our room.

Got tired driving to NYC and stayed here for the night. Just what I needed. Thanks for a nice mattress and clean sheets

It needs more updates. It was clean just old! There was some sketchy people staying there.

There really are no words for how terrible this place was. Oh wait . . . I guess there is scary and filthy and sketchy and looks-like-populated-by-felons and near-unliveable-even-for-one-night and yougetwhatyoupayfor. Do yourself a favor and sleep elsewhere.
