Ridiculous parking g fee. 09 I found street parking and my car crashed fine. I think that are getting a cut

Grosse Zimmer, gute Aufteilung. Frühstück war super, vielfältig. Unsere Kids fanden die Waffeln zum selber machen super. Toll war auch, dass man rund um die Uhr Kaffee trinken könnte.

Der Boden war z.T. klebrig, obwohl es regelmässig geputzt wurde. Das haben wir gesehen. Aber womöglich liegt es am Putzmittel. Dass man für den Parkplatz pro Tag 25 USD extra zahlen muss fand ich schon sehr ein grosser Betrag.

Location is great. It's near Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. Staff was nice.

The fact that I paid over 120 dollars for parking for 3 nights is absolutely insane. I have NEVER paid for parking as a guest at a hotel. My mattress was not comfortable at all. I woke multiple times each night trying to find a better spot. I think it was just an old mattress.

It was close to the hospital .

Please save your money and avoid this property. It’s nowhere near what you would expect with a Hilton property. They had no hot water - the entire visit! No discount for cold showers. Just signs everywhere saying it takes 20-30 minutes to get hot water - well after 40 minutes it got tepid at best and lasted maybe 5 minutes. The property is so run down and outdated. Bed had a rod sticking out that you couldn’t see until it ripped my leg and now I’m sporting a nice knot.

Loved the Location to Vanderbilt University where we had tickets to the football game. The hotel staff was friendly.

No hot water, signs in the hotel stated they were aware of the problem with the hot water, and that guests were advised to let the water run for atleast 10 minutes. We let it run for over 30 minutes with absolutely no hot water. The next morning the same thing. So, for a 2 night stay in a room that cost us over $250 per night, we were unable to shower...we never had hot water. Also, no where prior to our stay were we made aware of the hot water issue. Another issue was, as a hotel guest we were obligated to PAY FOR PARKING, IN THE HOTEL PARKING LOT, which came to an additional $80 on top of the cost of the room to a separate company. Parking should be an amenity for hotel guests, not an extra charge. Another issue was with the refridgerator in the room, in the middle of the night the freezer dethawed and the ice came crashing down and melted and saturated the carpet around it. Also, the hand soap dispenser was empty and there was no bar soap alternative. I understand that the last two mentioned are minor issues, but an inconvenience, non-the-less. We aren't talking about $60 a night for a room, our bill was a total $680 for 2 nights stay.
