"Sleepless nights because the bed was the worst"

Only the bathroom had a trash can

The room had the wors bed that I’ve ever stayed at. Room didn’t count with trash and other than the bathroom. The bed made a noise EVERY TIME I moved

Staff was pretty rude. The room did not have towels or sheets for the pull out bed along with no pillow for it. They gave us a room where the halls were being painted so the room smelled like paint thinner.

I like the location

I did not like the constant fire drills. I also did not like that I, a disabled woman in a wheelchair, was placed on the 3rd floor without resources to get out of the building if there was a fire or natural disaster. My family and another family were forced to use the elevator during a fire drill, not knowing if there was a real fire. There was no way that my daughters would have been able to carry my grandchildren, myself, and a wheelchair downstairs.

Felt seriously unsafe at this property. Scary people all over the property. Blood on the duvet. Shower didn’t drain. Clicking noises all night. Someone pulled the fire alarm. Loud blaring buzzer at the front desk that goes off every 30 minutes. Shocked I did not get bed bugs.
