At least the room was clean.

They gave me a box fan because our AC unit was out in our room, very unacceptable!

"A slight issue with check in"

The location was conveniently located.

The young man at the desk said I didn’t have a reservation. I showed him my prepaid confirmation email, spelled my first and last names, and was told I would need to contact Booking.com for a refund and rebook a room. After several minutes he found my name on a printed off sheet. It was a little nerve wracking since the prepaid reservation was not transferable or refundable. The check in process should have been seamless, as I had also indicated I would be arriving around 6pm when booking.

"Clean, easy and convenient - but without coffee or breakfast included"

Clean and convenient for a quick one night stay during travel.

Coffee was only available for purchase. Most hotels at least have a coffee stand for access to coffee or a pot in the room. For the price, it doesn’t make sense to only have the option to purchase Starbucks in the lobby.
