Grafton Beach Resort

It was ok. I think the break was good but the food items should be hot not warm. The smell in the room was too musty. Persons with allergies can have a problem. The surroundings was good.

This property is very old. I paid for all inclusive thinking me and my two children would get options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it was only us there. There was not one soul there! Its lije people do not go there. The menu only had 2 options which my kids do not eat, it was more indian options. On our first night, dinner was 7 pm we had to wait 1hr and a half in the lobby for our food. We were very much on time!! In the rooms the AC made so much noice it was very rusty! While taking a shower the shower , the face basin tap kept opening on it own😩 it was very scary. I asked my kids whether this happened to them and they said yes!! *this place is very old and needs upgrading* I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO VISIT GO THERE!

The staff were exceptionally friendly. Will stay here annually.

Very unclean, mixed up my reservation and did noy want to take responsibility nor compensate for the inconvenience. Overall very poor.

Property need a little modernization and touch up on o improve the appearance

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast. Beach and restaurants nearby. Hotel corridors towards room needed a bit of maintenance however will recommend and will be staying there again.

The hospitality of the staff was fantastic and there was a great degree of comfort there.

The property needs a serious upgrade everything is outdated, power coming off and on, very costly for items, a bottle of water is $25(in local currency) and it’s in the middle of nowhere be prepared to call a taxi to go anywhere because walking to the nearest store is impossible. It’s close to the beach and the staff treats you good but other than that I don’t see much going on for this place.

The hotel is generally in poor condition. Stains in the bathroom and on the linen. Towels are not changed regularly. Rooms are dusty. Eating area is not cleaned regularly. Advertised services such as cable TV not provided as there were only 5 channels. Spotty internet service. Lack of timely response by staff to complaint that a TV had been left on high volume in an adjoining room which had disrupted our sleep. Definitely does not provide the services of 3 star hotel. Best features are the view and the breakfast.
