The service was excellent and the room was clean.

Staff very nice , If you're looking for quiet place to be , if your looking for excitement or entertainment not the place to be .

Grafton Beach hotel was absolutely charming. Despite being a little tired the rooms were large and bed was comfortable. We had a fridge in the room and the air con was very welcome. The shower in the room was also working well and pretty powerful. Our room was facing the beach giving us an unimaginably beautiful view with fantastic sunsets. Tobago is gorgeous and the wildlife incredible. Our room was cleaned regularly and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was lovely and lots of options, sometimes it was a buffet but if the hotel was quiet you could choose from the menu. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely come back to Tobago and to this hotel as well. The local people were lovely always waving hello and the island is stunning.

I descended on the hotel as my previous accommodation was not fit for purpose. I was greeted with a smile which was to continue for my stay. The staff were exceptional and were always on hand to help, the hotel is not really suitable for someone with mobility needs but they tried in every way to make my stay memorable in a positive way and accommodate my needs. The hotel itself is around a 3 star as advertised but the staff and heir whole demeanour make you feel you are staying in a 5 star hotel.

Staff are accomodating, food is good and seaview is excellent.
