Best Western Plus Silverdale Beach Hotel

location was great; overall everything was with the exception to the lack of A/C.

Lack of A/C. Rooms would not cool down without opening windows.

This hotel, which is said to be turning into a Hilton property in the near future, has been claiming problems due to construction for a long time. In our case, although the room and public areas were clean and attractive, we had issues with the air-con (front desk said "It's broken"), and the wifi, which went out overnight. Sliding door to balcony could not be locked (maybe not an issue on the 3rd floor?). I'd make sure fixes were complete before staying here.

Stunning view and easily located. New fitness room, lovely sauna and pool. Slept well. Helpful front desk.
