SpringHill Suites Houston Hobby Airport

Hotel is a bit understaffed and the breakfast could use more variety or just tastier hot food options BUT my room was clean and perfectly spacious- I would return just for how nice the rooms are!

I was switched rooms 3 times , ac Only goes down to 72 it was hot . Pool was closed they told me different reasons eachtime Until i complained . I had to wait to be transfered rooms And sleep in a hot room . When i was transfered i got a room with a broken tv then the 3rd room The keys didnt work . I stayed tuesday until thursday i finally decided to leave And once i left They opened the pool. Didnt enjoy my stay.

Good and clean.

We specifically rented this hotel because it had a pool and bar in the hotel. The pool was closed and i was told the bar is permanently closed. But that wasnt in the description of the hotel and was no disclosed. There are actually pictures with tge bar in the listing.

It was a great place to stay, the little snack area where you can purchase a few snacks or drinks was so convenient, and there is an awesome mexican restaurant next door. Definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Refrigerator was not clean and did not get cold. Room smelled like mildew. And the hotel was not like the picture

We recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites Houston Hobby Airport hotel and accidentally left behind a pair of Apple AirPods. We’ve been tracking the device and noticed it’s been repeatedly moving between the hotel and a nearby apartment complex. We’ve contacted the hotel directly, but they have not been able to locate our reservation or assist in recovering the AirPods. We’d appreciate any help you can provide in looking into this matter further.
