Breakfast was so-so. Very little choice of bread

The tile hallway outside the pool area was constantly wet and slippery. There were signs showing "wet floor" my entire stay. But with or without signs, it is still dangerous. It should be carpeted. The breakfast room floor was either sticky or wet. I saw a guest almost fall.

Big updates since last stay

The room amenities didn't exist for the rate paid. 1 bar soap. Electrical outlet bathroom didn't work. The toilet paper had a 1/4 of a roll, and the TP holder were the metal school or rest stop holders to prevent stealing the TP. I scraped my arm using the restroom.

The guy that works morning is very rude and cooks the same biscuits and Walmart gravy and great value apple juice from Walmart

The only thing good about this place was the woman at the front desk. She ran her butt off and was still polite to every customer I saw come through. Several of them pissed because of the unclean hotel.

The rooms were dirty, had not been cleaned by a 3:30 check-in. Then after being checked into a 2nd room it wasn't vacuumed. The bathrooms hadnt been touched. The pool stunk and had no towels, also not heated. Breakfast wasn't stocked well. Juat would not recommend this location.

Stuck with no options. Booking system and data sync up failure. What I thought I was booking a $112.61 room, I had to pay $249+ and the hotel would not honor the reservation clearly stated at $112.61. Forced me to spent 1.5 hours on the phone (that ate into my drive time=less time spent with family), moreover, unable to cancel as I would be charge the higher rate. Price gauging at it's finest during high local college graduation events. Moreover, extremely surprised that the room was priced at $249 given its overall condition. The hallway leading to the room was in noticeably poor condition(very old rollaway bed in hallway, some air ventilation equipment near a room door, etc), and the room itself did not meet a standard that justifies the rate being charged. Specifically, there were ants visible on the wall near the air conditioning unit, a broken mirror frame, no hand soap provided in the bathroom, and none of the trash cans were lined. These conditions are not consistent with the expectations associated with the rate charged and further contribute to my concern regarding the overall value and experience.
