Cold food and spoiled milk

Nothing. This place was a sh!t hole

Stayed 3 days and they didn’t clean the room not once. Had to ask for towels Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast felt like leftovers from the days before. Will never stay here again

I liked that the website stated that there were still rooms available.

I did not, however, like that when I arrived the front desk agent, who gave her name as Cydney, stated there were NO rooms available. I informed her that the website advertised differently. Cydney said the rooms that are available do not have enough toilet paper. I was baffled and thought maybe she's being prejudice. I had never heard that before. I quickly thought about the Dollar Tree Store that I saw not far from the hotel. I mentioned to Cydney that it makes no sense not to have toilet paper. That would be an easy problem to fix. I asked her if her corporate office would agree that she should not rent a room to customers for that reason. She said she would have to go and check. I asked her to rent me the room, and I would let her know when I got in the room. I went outside to get my luggage. When I came back into the hotel, Cydney was coming off the elevator. I thought she went to make sure there was no toilet paper in the room. When I got to the room, there was very little toilet paper on the roll; there were no extra rolls present. Thank God I had napkins. I was exhausted. I checked the beds, as I often do. I was very surprised that the sheets were dingy and spotted. I was disgusted. I called the front desk to ask for more sheets. Cydney brought sheets, but they were also dingy. I have never experienced such a thing. I figured I could sleep on top of the comforter, but they were stained. I asked for two additional comforters - they were satisfactory, and I slept between the two of them. It was late and I was anxious to get to sleep so I could return to the hospital the next day. I did not partake of breakfast the following morning. I am considering a contract with a hotel by Wyndham in my area; however, I'm rethinking it. I am not a complainer, but the service and excuses were unacceptable.

Parking was convenient and there was definitely enough parking available.

The water smells funny to me. It was a bit run down but we were tired and had enough driving for the day.

The staff was great!

The rooms were dingy and I had to wash the black off of the bottom of my feet an hour after I took a shower, from the floor in our room. The tub had short black hair in it. The walls were dirty. The comfy chair was dirty and dingy. There were obvious crumbs on the bedframe up by where your head goes. It is a dirty hotel.
