Big room. Good coffee

Had to hold toilet handle down to flush toilet. Shower was warm. Tiles coming apart near door. Had to travel through smoke section to get to non smoke section. Breakfast was very stingy.

Nothing.. very bad. If it wasn’t the only place to stay we would of left

Not clean, very bad, there was never anyone at the desk, if you did see someone they had coats, hats, gloves on, if that tells you how cold the building was… stayed two nights, two people had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth, they were dirty white, carpet was wet, heat went from so hot you couldn’t stand it it freezing… we were there for about family funeral everyone had the same experience..

Breakfast was stale, coffee was tolerable but not good nor fresh, lobby breakfast area was not clean, security was a big issue

everything, they leave the back entrance wide open allowing homeless non guests access, was awoken multiple times when the police came to remove vagrants. Room service ignored requests, front desk was never manned when an issue was conveyed and always had to page the someone to even acknowledge an issue

Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in. She was at the hotel next door.

Stains on just about everything, from the lampshade to the pillow cases. Gross bathroom. Entire drawer of food--including fresh apples and a lighter. Looked like someone was living there. Completely empty parking lot, yet somehow couldn't give adjoining rooms. Don't know who was staying there but it felt very off. Flickering lights in hall by snack machine. Didn't even check ID or credit card on check-in. I've traveled a lot, and stayed in some questionable spots, but this was so bad I packed everyone up and drove the many hours home late at night to avoid staying. Staff was nice enough...but this is an absolute no for me.

We signed up for pay at the hotel, and that didn't happen. First was given a room with a broken toilet guy didn't believe us. Was given a room next to the first room king-size bed with 4 standard flat pillows. Very uncomfortable bed. Air conditioning couldn't keep up. The Tv was all fuzzy. Had to walk next door to buy a ruko stick just to be able to watch TV. When I found someone and mentioned the tv not working properly, he told me it was because of a hurricane situation they had (in Indiana). Place smelled like pot. When it was time to check out, I tried calling someone to the front desk twice so I could get a receipt waited 15 minutes, and no one came. No one answered the phone. Don't waste your money. It surely isn't worth what they charge. It should be more like 50.00 a night. I stay in a lot of hotels for work, and this has been one of the worst this year I have been in.
