Comfort Inn Jamestown South

Traffic noise was bad. Bathroom next to lobby was out of order. no elevator. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean except for the appolstered chair which wasbadly stained and dirty. Pai t falling off the ceiling in the bathroom.

Needs a lot of work to get up to what you expect of Comfort Inns I've stayed at in the past. Lots of stains on carpet in hallway stairs and our room, 2nd floor smelled like smoke, back entrance security pad broken so the door was propped open with a rock, front staff member was obviously new, roll away bed delivered to our room should have been replaced 10 years ago.

What an expensive dive. Dog friendly yes, no problems there. Rooms were nothing to brag about. Did not have towel racks or toilet paper holders. Pick tp up off the counter or floor to use??? Did not want to touch floors with bare feet. No change or cash at front desk. Loose money in snack machine, tough luck. Breakfast is very minimal.

This hotel is really aged. The infrastructure to print invoices and provide breakfast, etc., is completely updated. The staff is trying hard but left with a little RESOURCES. The bed was clean floors, walls and bathroom amenities are aged and in I’ll repair.
