Comfort Inn Jamestown South

We were just traveling through. The hotel is old and run down. Our room had so much air freshener or deodorant that it was uncomfortable. Wonder what was covered up? There was hair in the shower. We got our short night sleep and hit the road early

Very dirty

My employees had to share beds. They gave us wrong rooms

First room was small and TV did not work and we were told it would be an hour before manager could look at it. 2nd room the door had to be slammed hard to shut and the "easy chair" was Filthy!!

Overall, stay was fine. Breakfast was good. Only concern was that room 113 had no sink stopper. If you dropped anything it went deep into the drain pipe.

Convenient place. It was quiet and comfortable.

It could use some upgrades as a few of the room features were outdated and didn't quite work properly. The sink faucet in the bathroom moved when you adjust the hot/cold. Needs better lighting.

Location

The receptionist was very rude. I book the room through Booking.com. He proceeded to tell me I called decline. I noticed he did not check on his computer. This went on for several minutes. I showed him in my bank statement where I was charged for the room. He still see it declined. I showed him through Booking.com my confirmation number this went on for 30 minutes then he acts like he’s doing me a favor saying he’s gonna let it go this time. Know that I have paid for the room online I showed him my receipt in my email where I have paid for the room. it just was a bad experience. I will pass on this hotel

We had an adjoining rooms so we could visit when needed. They had a good selection of things for breakfast. We were located by places to eat and places to shop. The other people staying were friendly.

The beds were not good at all. When we opened the door for the adjoining rooms there was dog food on the floor. One of the beds had dog food by it. We were not traveling with a dog. We went to eat breakfast and the room key would not work. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. and this was about 9:00 a.m. The window had such a draft that it felt like it was open.

Amazing really good good food fancy and really sanitary just amazing really good service just really amazing nothing to complain about everyone there is really really nice just nothing to complain about very nice place to stay definitely recommend going here

The front desk person did not speak very good English and was hard to understand. The shower only gave out lukewarm or cold water only, and the bed was hard. Would have liked a bathroom with a full counter. and the breakfast was cold with hard dried out bagels and almost gone by 8 a.m. I do not plan to stay here again.
